MCHC Partnership for a Healthier Community Campaign

Hospitals are the foundation of well-being for every community. Through its Partnership for a Healthier Community campaign, the Metropolitan Chicago Healthcare Council will share information about the valuable care and services its member hospitals and other health care organizations provide for communities throughout the Chicago metropolitan area.

The campaign will feature several tool kits that address specific issues affecting hospitals and the health of the public they care for. Click on the tool kit topics to access detailed information about the critical role hospitals play in their communities.

Member hospitals may download and customize some of the materials for their own use. This section of the Web site will be updated as new material on the issues becomes available.
