This program is designed for MCHC-member hospital chief executive officers, chief financial officers, vice presidents of human resources, vice presidents of managed care contracting, public relations executives, revenue cycle executives, employee benefit directors and managers, and patient financial services directors and managers.

Registration Fee:

  • $295 for the first registrant
  • $195 for each additional registrant from the same MCHC member hospital
Fees include:

  • a pre-symposium tutorial
  • continental breakfast
  • lunch
  • admission to the MCHC/Amerinet Vendors' Fair

Instructions
Please complete the registration form and return it to MCHC with payment no later than Friday, September 16, 2005. To register by telephone, contact Deborah Johnson at MCHC at 312-906-6004. Telephone and fax registrations will only be accepted with credit card information. Please provide an e-mail address for future communication regarding the program.

No cancellations will be accepted or refunds issued after the registration deadline, however, substitutions may be made at any time. Please inform MCHC of any registrant name change in advance of the program.

MCHC will make every effort to fulfill special requests for meals or accommodations made at the time of registration.
