This list contains wild plants and weeds that are highly toxic. Even a small amount may cause serious illness or death.  Immediately call the Illinois Poison Center at 1-800-222-1222 if you suspect an exposure from a plant on this list.

If you have a plant that is not included on this list, contact the Illinois Poison Center at 1-800-222-1222 to find out if the plant is toxic. Remember: all plants can be a choking hazard.
